About Keith Kebodeaux:
Keith is a skilled trial advocate and transactional business lawyer who has been recognized as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer for 17 years and as a “Best Lawyer in America” in Commercial Litigation. He is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell for legal ability and ethics. Keith is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law, Civil Appellate Law and Personal Injury Trial Law. He holds a master’s degree in accounting, JD from the University of Texas and an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Houston. He is admitted to practice before various U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Tax Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Commercial and business law:
We handle transactional matters involving real estate, oil and gas, contracts, eminent domain; business entity formation, reorganization and succession; income and estate taxation; and wills, probate, and estate planning.
